On 16th Aug SCMP continue to criticise Nagar Lai
of the awarded PhD by St Clements University. Nagar Lai confimed
that he has never been awarded a Phd from St Clements
University. The website of St Clements University has shown
clearly that it is a Doctor of Letters award, which is the
endorsement of the various publications of Nagar Lai. The full
list of publications are also on the website. |

South China Morning Post 15/8 headlines hints Chairman Dr Nagar Lai may be involved in buying a certificate from St Regis University, which is found to be fake. Also our programs are not registered in Hong Kong Education Bureau and is a ”„bogos degree institute”¦. This is a misconduct by putting words into ones”¦ month. Here is the evidence that we sent to the reporter/editor after he left the Institute of Supply Chain Management office in the morning, asking him to provide some information on his claim, which he can never show. Also since all our programs are distance learning and use transfer credits mechanism there is no need to register. This again shows the poor ethical/professional standard of this reporter. While our legal action is underway, we would force SCMP to apologise to us. This is illegal for you to break in our office in Hollywood Plaza this morning and take photos, when you are instructed to leave. You cannot use them or you would be hold liable. For a proper interview you need to make appointment and not break in as such. This is threatening to the security of the people in the office. And is really unprofessional/lack of conduct. We heard that you have mentioned somebody buying a bogos certificate from some fake University, but you do not produce any evidence, and you mention that he has acquired a PhD, but again you are not sure. This makes our people leave you, as they cannot answer any 'guessing' questions. And we worry about you put things into our mouth. Please act like a professional, or at least try to be. Tell us more, with supporting information on: 1. Who is this person you are referring to 2. Is he a member of our institute 3. What certificate has he acquired 4. When did he get it 5. Has he been found using this certificate for his advantage, or hurting others 6. Is that fake University found anything connected to some of our current institute programs We see if we can get some answers to your questions after we receive that formally, and with supporting evidence. Let us put things in writing so that there are no misunderstanding. And we do not allow unarranged break in, hurting our people. We reserve the right to claim you on this. And based on your irresponsible act, we would handle all your enquiry in writing, instead of allowing you to come and hurt our people again. And if you try to write anything without supporting or purely imaginery, both you and SCMP are liable. So far your act has shown that you are not acting ethically, or legally. ISCM |
